Perennial, the UK’s only charity dedicated to helping people in horticulture has just launched a new Wellbeing Survey to gain insights into the daily experiences of individuals working in horticulture and the challenges they may encounter. April, known as Stress Awareness Month, serves as a timely reminder of the importance of mental well-being in our daily lives, particularly in the workplace. Stress remains one of the leading causes of sick absence among employees, impacting productivity and overall workplace satisfaction. However, there’s a simple and effective solution that can help alleviate stress and create a more harmonious work environment: incorporating plants into the office space.

International Interior Landscaper Day is plants@work’s brand new initiative in cooperation with American and Australian partners and is designated to celebrate all interior landscaping professionals. This year the day will be marked on Wednesday, 19th of April and in the future on the 3rd Wednesday in April.
